Definitions

KVKK: Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data

Personal Data: Any information related to an identified or identifiable individual, including identity, address, phone, email, ID number, driver’s license number, passport number, etc., including those in personal files.

Protection of Personal Data: According to KVKK No. 6698, any information that identifies or makes an individual identifiable is considered personal data. We aim to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data at BULUT YAPI MİMARLIK SAN. VE TİC. AŞ ("Company"), the legal reasons, collection methods, who it can be transferred to and for what purposes, and the rights granted to you under KVKK.

Data Controller and Categories of Personal Data

According to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law No. 6698”); identity information, contact information, content of messages sent to us, marketing information, and transaction security data; your data may be processed by BULUT YAPI MİMARLIK SAN. VE TİC. AŞ (“Company”) as the data controller, within the scope described below.

Methods of Collecting Personal Data

As the data controller, we collect your personal data through written or electronic methods based on explicit consent, in accordance with KVKK and other relevant legislation, to fulfill our legal obligations and provide high-quality services. This includes the personal data you provide through the contact form on our website, such as name, phone, email, address, and the content of messages you send us.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

The personal data collected via the contact form is processed solely for the purposes of evaluating your messages, addressing your requests, creating, processing, and concluding your request, responding to information requests about our services, conducting communication activities, tracking requests/complaints, and managing service processes.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to our group companies, business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals with your explicit consent, or under conditions where “processing data is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller without harming the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.” Additionally, your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals located abroad with your explicit consent, or without explicit consent if adequate protection is provided in the countries specified by the Personal Data Protection Board.

As mentioned above, the Company will share your personal data only with your explicit consent or in accordance with the security and privacy principles specified in Law No. 6698 and related regulations, with the necessary precautions both domestically and abroad, for the execution of Company activities. This includes sharing with IT service providers, both domestic and international, suppliers who process data on behalf of the Company, or public institutions authorized to request this data due to legal obligations.

Source and Legal Basis

Your personal data collected through electronic, written, or verbal transfer via the website is processed based on legal reasons specified in Article 5/2-f of KVKK, which states that data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller without harming the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, and Article 5/1, which specifies explicit consent. This is done for the purposes stated in Article 3 of this text, to protect the rights and interests of the data subject, to establish and maintain the employment relationship, to continue and develop internal Company activities, and to fulfill legal obligations.

Application Procedures and Principles

As a data subject, you can submit requests related to your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 in accordance with the procedures and principles outlined in the Data Subject Application Form. You can fill out the relevant form and send it to info@gokhanbulutdesign.com, or deliver it in person with a wet signature or through a notary to the address MUTLUKENT MAH 1961. CAD NO:53/1 ÇANKAYA ANKARA. The Company will respond to your application free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process incurs an additional cost, the Company may charge the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Based on the information provided above, the Company will address the following requests from data subjects:

• Learn whether the Company processes their personal data and which personal data is processed,
• Obtain information about the purposes of processing activities,
• Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred within or outside the country,
• Request correction of incomplete or incorrect personal data,
• Request deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the Law,
• In cases of correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data, request that the actions be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Object to any result that is exclusively based on automated processing of data and has adverse effects on the individual, and
• Obtain a copy of their personal data.
